Somebody's tire just fell off.
One of my first cars was a 1969 Ford van. It was a great gig car, and always ran, no matter what. One time, I was living on top of Kingsbury Grade, in Nevada. It is a mountain road, and very steep and curvy. I was driving along, and in my rear view road, I saw a tire go bouncing down the road. I thought to myself, "Ha Ha, someone just lost their tire"....and then I made a turn to the right, and the front end just fell into the gravel, because there was no tire. It was my tire. I was the somebody whose tire just fell off. That's what I get for laughing at someone else for losing a tire.
